These should be ordered using the order form on the right hand side of your prescription. You can order repeat medicines using the following methods:
Your prescription will be ready for collection within 24 hours or you can arrange for a chemist of your choice to collect it for you using a courier. Please allow an extra day if you use this service.
Please note, your prescription will be kept for 2 weeks after which it will be destroyed.
The practice has a pharmacist who will carry out a review of your medications on a regular basis. Sometimes she may ask you to come in for a consultation to discuss these in detail. If you would like to see the pharmacist please contact the surgery to make an appointment.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
