Please note, online appointments cannot be made due to the current situation.

Due to Covid-19, all requests for an appointment will receive an initial Telephone Consultation with a GP. Following this telephone consultation, the GP will then make a decision as to whether you need to be seen face to face, if you do you will be offered an appointment with the most appropriate clinician on the same day as your call. Alternatively, it may mean that you will be told that you do not need to come and see a GP, and will be given advice over the phone on how to treat your illness.

Our staff have all been trained in care navigation.  This means the doctors have asked them to find out why you are making an appointment.  This is to make sure that you receive the right care from the right professional at the right time.  They will not make clinical decisions and they are all trained in the rules of confidentiality.

You can also book and cancel appointments using the internet via the link at the top of this page, if you have signed up for Vision Online. To register for this, send an email with your name, address, date of birth to: or download a form here.

You have the right to an interpreter if you need one. Please ask the receptionist to organise this. For a face to face consultation you will need to give at least one week's notice

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
