Appointments can be made by telephoning or calling into the surgery.
Please note that the periods between 08:30 and 09:00 and 17:30 and 18:00 are reserved for emergencies only.
While consultations are by appointment, urgent appointments can be arranged for the same day, but please understand that this may not always be with the doctor of your first choice, for which you may wait up to 3 days.
You can also book and cancel appointments using the internet via the link at the top of this page, if you have signed up for Vision Online. To register for this, send an email with your name, address, date of birth to: firstname.lastname@example.org or download a form here.
Telephone consultations with the doctor are available on any afternoon. Please contact the surgery before 12:00 to find out what time you should phone. The nurses are also available to take telephone calls:
You have the right to an interpreter if you need one. Please ask the receptionist to organise this. For a face to face consultation you will need to give at least one week's notice
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
